My #GoBigMonday is preparing for a clean eating week ahead. I had some things left from last week so I’m adding a few items I needed!
⬇️ Breakfast alternating this week:
🔸 waffles w/ honey & turkey bacon
🔸 eggs w/ spinach, tomatoes & Ezekiel bread
🔸 oatmeal with fruits
⬇️ Lunch and dinner alternating this week:
🔸 salmon, chicken, turkey burgers, sweet potatoes, brown rice, stir fry veggies, green beans and shakeology.
Tip: when you alternate things all week you save $$$
